How Our Escrow Services Work
FOR PROJECT OWNERS
You and your contractor will set up milestones for the project within our system. Once that's done, you’ll deposit the funds with us so the work can begin.
FOR BRIDGE CORE
We’ll hold onto those funds in our secure escrow account for the duration of the project, ensuring everything is safe.
FOR CONTRACTORS
As each milestone is completed, we'll release the funds according to the approval system. This ensures you get paid promptly for your hard work.
